In light of everything going on in this world I feel as though we’ve left the one true thing, which is God’s love for us.
Every single life on this planet is so special and matters to God. From the time of conception to the last day, His heart beats fiercely for the one He loves. His heart beats fiercely for the unborn child, His heart beats fiercely for the child standing in Aleppo. His heart beats fiercely for the ones who love him back, His heart beats fiercely for the ones who don’t.

He loves the sinner and the saint. Nothing in this world can take you and separate you from the love of Jesus. He is desperately in love with the homosexual, He is head over heels for the Muslim. His heart is after the prostitute.
He sees you as you are and simply LOVES you.
Church, when will we come back to the love of God? When will we like God, have our arms stretched wide to the world saying, “Come as you are?” When will begin to become concerned with the things God is concerned with?
When will we learn to love the way He loves? When are we going to start being the hands and feet of Jesus, to reach down and help those who are in need and to carry our brothers and sisters who cannot go any further?
Red, yellow, black, and white; we are ALL precious in His sight. Jesus loves us, His children. He loves every single person on this planet point period blank. This is such a simple concept; we’ve sang the songs in Sunday school, yet overtime our hearts have become hardened by this world.
Father God, make me like you! Use me to be your hands and feet. Help me to grasp just how high and wide the love of my Savior is. And most importantly, show me how to love others like you have loved me.
Because in the end, whether I’m standing in an abandoned shack or the biggest mansion this world can offer, all that’s going to matter is if I knew you deep enough to know you love me and to love others in the same way.
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” ~Romans 8:38-39
